I bought 4 Stihl products from them and this year i went to use my hedge trimmer and it would not work. so i took it in to Pics thinking it was under warranty as it was 4 years old, Stihls website says 5 years.
Pics had it for 2 weeks when i thought i should call they said they haven't looked at it yet they will check it on Monday.
Tuesday they called and said it needed a new handle switch and that Stihl could not get the part. I complained and said it was only 4 years old, they called me back and said they could get the part and that it would cost me $179.00 for the part and Pics wanted $100.00 to install. So $279.00 to repair when a new trimmer was $149.00. So i asked for the trimmer back and took it home opened the handle up and i could not believe what i say , the switch had 3 wires on it and one had fallen off , so i cleaned it up reinstalled and now the trimmer works fine.
We don't need these type of dishonest business and total scammers.
Do yourself and everyone else a favor and do not support these dishonest scammers,
